Currently in development and scheduled to open September 2021, we are seeking expressions of interest to invest and work in this new practice. The large 600sqm facility will provide medical services in the Elara precinct of Marsden Park, northwest of Sydney. Considerable growth is expected in the immediate surrounds with 19,000 new homes currently in development, and a population growth forecast of over 500 percent (Marsden Park/Shanes Park) and 2,000 percent (Marsden Park North) between 2020-2036.
The clinic itself will be set within a purpose-built medical precinct, complemented by pharmacy, pathology, radiology, dental, podiatry and physiotherapy.
